Rumble should really let this go. Instead of saying how he wants to smash Howard, he should take the fact that Howard’s managers wouldn’t let him fight as a sign that he’s better than Howard. Use it to praise yourself and also make Howard look pathetic, rather than calling out a guy who’s below you anyway.
