I also love the fact that Mayweather is being linked with Show due to the size difference. Makes it that much more effective.

good stuff. your site is a very comprehensive look at all the different fighting sports out there. i thank you for keeping me informed about my old love (i still remember it as WWF). the mayweather angle is exciting. Big Show might have lost 100+ pounds over the years, but he is still a monster. my favorite memory of him is back in WCW as the Giant, Nash throwing coffee in this face and then attempting to jackknife or powerbomb (whichever term you prefer) him and dropping him on his head. They have that on youtube? And if memory serves me, that PPV was in February, had a great Jericho/Mysterio match, and marked Bret Hart’s wrestling debut in WCW against Ric Flair.

I hate on it because I hate 3-ways. Actually, let me rephrase that: I hate 3-ways for a title in a Wrestlemania main event. Mania is all about two guys battling it out on the biggest stage of the year. Leave the triple threat matches for the Judgment Days and the Vengeances…

By the way, I forgot to include this in my thoughts but the second I saw Mayweather show up I instantly thought that Shane McMahon would was responsible for bringing him in (given the fact that he’s a boxing and MMA fan and I have a feeling Vince has no idea who Floyd is). And then, wouldn’t you know it, Shan’O Mac returns to calm down Show at the end of the night…Very interesting

How could you hate on the WMXX main event? It was great and had it all. The one negative is that with most WWE 3-ways, they do it where one man is out for awhile while the other two fight. Nevertheless, that one was great.

With that said, I’m not looking forward to the WM XXIV likely 3-way.

Mayweather joining the crew is great.
